Yesterday, March 24, was a bit of a turning point with some more milestones reached.
Dave Meredith (D1) did all the preparation required for the header over the 10' long 8' high patio door going into the South wall of the sunroom.
While D1 was wrangling the the header, I de-commissioned the electrical in the North wall of the kitchen and stuffed the pile of drywall (likely contaminated with asbestos) into the space behind the wall.
Josh had mastered the stuffing of drywall into joist and stud cavities on the 2016 renovation of the Philip Road in Lantzville.
With the exception of raising the header for the 8'x6'6" picture window in the living room, the major structural changes are complete. Thanks D1!
